Return & Refund Policy

Love your purchase! At Pairtees, we’re here to ensure you’re completely happy with your items. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

A. Returns Process

No return label in your package? No problem!

  1. Email Us: Send your return request to support@pairtees.com.
  2. Tell Us: Include your full name, order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. For damaged/defective items, please attach a photo or video.
  3. Get Instructions: We’ll email you back with clear return instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

B. Our 180-Day Promise

You have 180 days from receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Special Note for Clothing Returns

For hygiene and resale purposes, items such as shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are subject to strict inspection. They must be free of:

  • Body odors, perfume, detergent, or pet odors.
  • Stains, blemishes, hair, or pet fur.
  • Items should be neatly folded (if possible) and returned in their original packaging.

Items NOT Eligible for Return

Please note, the following items cannot be returned (unless defective due to manufacturer error):

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or promotion items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

C. Refunds & Exchanges Explained

Refunds

Refunds are processed only for the following cases:

  • The order was successfully canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • The returned product fully meets all policy conditions (unworn, with tags, and not listed as ineligible).
  • The product was defective or incorrect due to an error by Pairtees/manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method. Please remember, your bank or credit card company might take a few extra business days to post the credit.

Exchanges

We only process exchanges in the following specific circumstances:

  • Case 1: Defective or Incorrect Item: We will exchange the item for a new one if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product/size due to Pairtees’ error). You will not pay return shipping for these defective products.
  • Case 2: Size Exchange: If you wish to exchange for a different size due to a customer ordering error, please contact us to check inventory and receive instructions. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs in this case.
