Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Pairtees, we understand that plans can shift. We’re here to help if you need to make changes or cancel your order.

1. Changing or Cancelling Your Order

You have a 12-hour window from the moment you purchase to request a free cancellation or modification to your order. This gives you ample time to review everything.

How to Request:

  • Simply email us at support@pairtees.com or visit our Contact Us page.
  • Make sure your request is sent within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • After this 12-hour period, your order will enter production, and at that stage, we can no longer process changes or cancellations.

Refund for Cancellations: If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

2. Shipping Address Corrections

Noticed an address error? No worries!

If your order is already in processing but hasn’t shipped yet, we might still be able to update your delivery address.

  • Please email us immediately at support@pairtees.com.
  • We’ll do our best to catch the change before your package leaves our facility.
  • However, once your order has been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot make any further address modifications.

3. Important: Verify Your Details!

Before completing your purchase, please take a moment to carefully confirm all your shipping information – including your name, street address, and zip code. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses might incur additional shipping costs to be resent. Let’s avoid those delays together!

4. Product Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. We sincerely apologize for any issues and are ready to assist with exchanges based on the following specific cases:

To Arrange an Exchange:

Please do not send the item back before contacting us. To initiate an exchange, reach out to us directly at support@pairtees.com. We will check inventory and provide you with clear instructions.
