Shipping Information

We usually process orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

We offer Standard Shipping at $6.99 with a total delivery time of 4–6 business days and Free Shipping for orders over $150.

No, we currently only ship within the continental U.S. We’re unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

Order Returns

You have up to 180 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Yes, gift cards and final sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns unless they’re defective.

Send an email to support@pairtees.com with your name, order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for return. For damaged or incorrect items, include a photo or video.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 days. Your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
